Welcome to Cleenzi. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cleenzi mobile application (the "App"), website, and the services provided through them. By using Cleenzi, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Platform
Cleenzi connects car owners with independent car cleaners and registered car cleaning businesses ("Service Providers"). Cleenzi is not a service provider and does not enter into contracts on behalf of users. Cleenzi facilitates connections, communication, and secure payments between parties. All agreements and obligations are governed solely by these Terms. No direct or verbal contracts outside this framework are recognized or enforceable. Attempts to circumvent this policy may result in account suspension or termination.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information to use the Cleenzi app or website. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Service Fees and Payments
Cleenzi charges a service/processing fee of 30% on every transaction completed through the platform. This fee is deducted automatically from the payment made by the car owner before the payout is made to the service provider. The remaining 70% is paid to the service provider after successful service completion. Cleenzi reserves the right to update the fee structure with advance notice to users. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our authorized third-party payment processor. Cleenzi does not store your full payment details.
4. Booking and Service Delivery
Car owners can book cleaning services from available service providers via the app or website. Service providers are responsible for delivering the booked service at the agreed time and place. Cleenzi is not responsible for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from the service provided.
5. Cancellation, Refunds, and Processing Fees
Cancellation and refund policies are available within the app and website. Cleenzi may withhold or refund payments in cases of proven service non-delivery or dispute. If a refund is approved, a 5% refund processing fee will be deducted from the refundable amount. Service/processing fees are non-refundable and are not related to the quality or outcome of the cleaning service itself. Disputes between users and service providers should be reported promptly through Cleenzi’s support system. Cleenzi may intervene to mediate, but final responsibility lies with the contracting parties.
6. User Obligations

All users must comply with local laws, regulations, and tax obligations relevant to their use of Cleenzi.

Service providers must adhere to all environmental and waste disposal regulations, including prohibition against disposing chemicals, oils, or pollutants into sewage or nature.

Service providers are encouraged to use eco-friendly and water-saving practices whenever possible.
7. Data and Biometric Information

Cleenzi may offer biometric authentication (e.g., fingerprint, face ID) or use user photos for login and identification. Biometric data is processed securely according to device and platform standards. Cleenzi does not collect or store health data.

8. Limitation of Liability
Cleenzi acts only as a connector and payment facilitator. Cleenzi is not responsible for the performance or outcome of any service, nor for any legal, economic, or contractual issues between users. Cleenzi’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the app shall not exceed the amount paid to Cleenzi in connection with the service out of which the claim arose.
9. Changes to Terms
Cleenzi reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via the app, website, or email. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
